I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data by the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, at 10 Miodowa Street, in the ODIHR Conference and Event Registration System for registration and participation in events organized by the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, and to receive electronic messages concerning such meetings. I declare that I am aware of my rights to inspect, change, and request the discontinuation of the processing of my personal data. I provide the data voluntarily.

I understand that the personal data collected and processed during registration includes the following mandatory information:

name, surname, email address, gender, date and place of birth, phone number, and the type of organization I am representing, whereas for a profile in a personal capacity Civil Society or type Other must be selected as organization type. I am aware that depending on the selected organization type, I may also be required to provide the name and country of the organization, as well as the address of the organization’s headquarters and its website, if applicable.

I understand that the said personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the above specified purposes for which the data were collected and processed before being anonymized, deleted, or destroyed.

I understand that anonymized personal data from events organized by ODIHR may be used by ODIHR for donor reporting purposes.

I understand that I have the right to revoke my consent at any time by sending an email to: hdmeetings@odihr.pl. I am aware that revoking this consent will automatically lead to the cancellation of any active or future event registrations, and that I will need to register again if I wish to participate in an event.

I understand that I may also request access to information regarding the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to dataprotection@osce.org. I am aware that the OSCE will decide on such requests on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with its internal policies on personal data protection. I am also aware that the above is without prejudice to, and may not be construed as a waiver, either express or implied, of any of the privileges and immunities of the OSCE.

I am aware that certain conferences may be live-streamed. I acknowledge that the camera will be focused primarily on the speaker, but it is possible that attendees in the vicinity of the speaker may also be captured.

I am aware that official photographers or media representatives may be filming or taking pictures during some events, and they may capture material that includes the audience, which may be used in OSCE reports, publications, and websites. I understand that I have the right to leave an event at any time at my discretion, and return, provided that I meet security and accreditation requirements.
